I run Ankit Nutrition Hub on Bindraban Road, Civil Lines, Ludhiana. Before nutrition, I worked as a Medical Officer across hospitals in Punjab. A personal health setback pushed me to study clinical nutrition full-time. I do not believe in starving. I do not believe in cutting out food groups. I do not believe in punishing your body. I believe in plans you can actually follow for the rest of your life, while still eating dal, roti, paneer, and your mom’s sabzi.
